Refund, Cancellations + Lateness Policy

Arriving to your session 5 minutes before hand is arriving on time. There is a 5-10 minute grace period window that will shorten your session to fit within the originally scheduled time.

If you are 10 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show and results in a forfeited session.

You have 7 days from purchase to receive a refund of unused sessions minus a 30% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.

No refunds after 7 days. If can no longer use your package, you may transfer the remaining sessions to a friend or family member.

All packages come with an expiration date of 6 months. Unused sessions will not be refunded after the expiration date.

If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please provide 24 hours notice before your appointment to reschedule.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a forfeited session.

In cases of medical emergencies, a package may be put on hold or converted into a credit for future use.
