Arriving 5 minutes early is on time. Sorry, latecomers will not be admitted once class begins. Livestream classes are recorded and available for replay for a limited time after class ends.
If you need to reschedule a private session that you have reserved, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to our meeting time to reschedule your class for a later date.
No-shows and cancellations for private sessions without 24 hours notice will be NOT be honored, refunded nor rescheduled. Sorry, you will lose that class. Contact me asap to discuss if extenuating circumstances have made it impossible to give 24 hours notice.
