High intensity flow with fiery sun salutations designed to strengthen muscles + increase heart rate. Pairs well with Sativa.

While Sativa Sweat Vinyasa Yoga can be an invigorating and transformative practice, beginners may benefit from starting with a slower-paced and more beginner-friendly style of yoga, such as Indica Chill before progressing to Sativa Sweat flow.


You'll need an open mind and a willingness to explore your body and breath, a non-slip surface like a Yoga mat. It's also a good idea to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you may need, such as blocks or straps and your favorite sativa.
