Yes, during the optional canna ceremony before practicing Yoga. I do not teach or advise consumption during physical Yoga practice.
Private classes include customized instruction, elevated Yoga resource guides, full attention, personalized guidance, canna education and additional amenities such as props or equipment, if needed. Plant medicine is not included, nor available for sale.
After creating a bespoke sequence based upon the wellness info you shared during the intake process, our first session together will be an educated exploration of adjustments, communication, and active practice.
I found that 4 sessions is the minimum amount of meetings to provide enough time for both of us to track progress and make adjustments as needed. This allows you to see tangible improvements in your practice and encourages you to continue your Yoga journey.
We can meet live over Zoom – which makes committing to and showing up for class super easy! If you live in Los Angeles, you have the option of coming to my personal studio in the SFV, if you prefer to meet in person for an additional travel charge.
