We begin with a conversation about your needs, abilities, injuries, conditions, and your ultimate wellness goals.


From there, I craft a personalized Yoga sequence specifically for you, ensuring each pose and practice aligns with your intentions and ensures a safe, supportive experience.


Each session includes:

Plus, you'll receive a copy of your personalized Yoga sequence to continue your practice between sessions.

In fact, private sessions can be an ideal setting for addressing these concerns.Private sessions are tailored specifically to your needs, allowing us to address your unique challenges with therapeutic movements, modifications, and mindful pacing. This personalized approach helps alleviate discomfort, improve mobility, and safely support your healing journey.


After creating a bespoke sequence based upon the wellness info you shared during the intake process, our first session together will be an educated exploration of adjustments, communication, and active practice.


I found that 4 sessions is the minimum amount of meetings to provide enough time for both of us to track progress and make adjustments as needed. This allows you to see tangible improvements in your practice and encourages you to continue your Yoga journey.


Private classes include customized instruction, elevated Yoga resource guides, full attention, personalized guidance, canna education and additional amenities such as props or equipment, if needed. Plant medicine is not included, nor available for sale.


Yes! You can receive a free 15 minute "trial" class when you reach out to me, Stefani and schedule a quick Zoom call. Let's say hello and get to know each other while I answer your questions about private sessions + Canna Yoga.


We can meet live over Zoom – which makes committing to and showing up for class super easy, private and attainable! If you live in Los Angeles, you have the option of coming to my personal studio in the SFV, if you prefer to meet in person.


The cost of a private session can vary depending on factors such as frequency and location.


At the beginning of the session, you have the option to consume in a guided ceremony before practicing Yoga. Medicating during the physical practice is highly discouraged. Give yourself the gift of an undistracted class and the pleasure of deep and clean breathing.


No, I will not. Canna is part of my personal practice, but during our sessions, I am there to serve and create a safe and supportive environment for you. Professional integrity demands I show up with a clear and focused mind to ensure effective guidance and so I can fully observe, adapt, and respond to your needs.
