You will learn the basics of how to build a beginner's Canna Yoga practice for spiritual growth and holistic wellness in a safe and educated way.


No prior yoga experience is necessary—just a beginner's curiosity.


Yes, a little prior experience with canna, whether recreationally or medically, is recommended for this course. If you are new to canna, I recommend enjoying the effects in a relaxing setting a few times before intergrating Yoga.
