Unless otherwise specified, Yes. I offer you the option of a Conscious* Ceremony in the beginning, where we pack the chillum with a micro dose of plant medicine and begin the ceremony as a group. As we foster community, we set a positive intention with an optional ancient herb blessing. *BYOC. Trees not included. We do not sell any plant products.
No, I will not. Canna is part of my personal practice, but during our sessions, I am there to serve and create a safe and supportive environment for you. Professional integrity demands I show up with a clear and focused mind to ensure effective guidance and so I can fully observe, adapt, and respond to your needs.
Like stopping to check your phone in the middle of a regular Yoga class, smoking or medicating during our physical practice is highly discouraged.
Give yourself the gift of an undistracted and focused class and the pleasure of deep healthy breathing instead. That being said, we are not the Yoga police, this is your practice, so you do you.
