Nope. Indica Chill Hatha Yoga classes are designed to accommodate students of all levels, including beginners. In fact, Hatha yoga is often recommended as a starting point for those new to yoga because of its gentle and accessible nature.


You'll need an open mind and a willingness to explore your body and breath, a non-slip surface like a Yoga mat. It's also a good idea to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you may need, such as blocks or straps and your favorite Indica strain.
