• No. TYJ420 does not sell cannabis products to attendees. In-kind medical cannabis products are donated by legally licensed Canna brands that we have relationships with or attendees are encouraged to bring their own legally purchased plant flower.

• While a private event does not require the same licenses as a public event, it's crucial to understand that allowing on-site sales necessitates proper licensing from the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) and local Los Angeles authorities. 

If you are gifting it at your private event - No, you do not need a license.

To host a Canna Yoga class, you must have 

• A privately owned venue.
• A members-only event where the public joins as a member.

If you want to sell it, then Yes, you need a license to sell at a temporary canna event. 

• According to the California Dept. of Cannabis Control, "Temporary cannabis events are multi-day events where people can sell and consume cannabis. These events last from one to four days at a location approved by the city or county."

• Under Proposition 64, adults aged 21 and over in California can legally give away up to one ounce (28.5 grams) of cannabis or up to eight grams of concentrated cannabis to another adult, as long as there is no exchange of money or goods. This means you can provide cannabis as a complimentary gift at a private, members-only event, but you cannot sell it. The recipient also needs to be at least 21 years of age.

The worst space for Canna Yoga at an event is: dirty, in the middle of heavy foot traffic, uneven flooring, in the hot sun, near food vendors, check out, and loud music.

Allocating around 21.5 square feet per yoga mat, we need:

• 500 sq. feet for 20 mats
• 250 sq. feet for 10 mats

TYJ420 will bring 8 Yoga chairs for attendees if the wellness area of your event is smaller than 500 sq feet.
