Yoga FAQS

Nope. Indica Chill Hatha Yoga classes are designed to accommodate students of all levels, including beginners.

You'll need an open mind and a willingness to explore your body and breath, a non-slip surface like a Yoga mat. It's also a good idea to bring a water bottle.

Great question. Learn more about Canna Yoga on our FAQs page.
