Stoney Yogi Club Package Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Stoney Yogi Club. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain what is included with your annual membership, how your membership works, and the policies that apply to your purchase and use of the Club.

By purchasing or using a Stoney Yogi Club package, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

The Stoney Yogi Club is a 12-month membership offered by The Yoga Joint 420 (“TYJ420,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Your membership is purchased with one upfront payment and does not automatically renew.

At the end of your 12-month membership term, your membership expires unless you voluntarily purchase a new package.

2. What's Included

Your active Stoney Yogi Club membership currently includes:

Livestream Yoga

Unlimited access to eligible TYJ420 livestream Yoga classes during your active membership term.

Access to the livestream classes and schedule.

Livestream Replays

Access to recordings of eligible livestream classes through the private member area.

Replay access is available while your membership remains active.

On-Demand Library

Access to the member-only library, which may include:

On-demand Yoga practices

Meditation

Breathwork

Yoga pose tutorials

Conscious cannabis ceremony content

Cannabis + Yoga educational resources

Guides and educational materials

Curated Yoga music playlists

Other member-only educational and wellness resources

Personal 1:1 Sessions

Members receive two private 30-minute 1:1 sessions with Stef per 12-month membership term.

These sessions may be used to:

Check in and connect

Ask questions

Receive personalized Yoga guidance and insights

Discuss your practice

Practice together

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to available appointment times.

After scheduling, members receive a link to coordinate their session through Zoom.

Member Benefits

Depending on the current Club offering, members may also receive:

Early access to in-person gatherings

Member-only event discounts

Discounts on additional private sessions

Guest passes

Private Facebook group

Merchandise discounts

Additional member-only resources, experiences, and offers.

TYJ420 may update or modify member benefits as the Club evolves, provided that such changes do not unlawfully deprive members of material benefits for which they have already paid.

3. Livestream Booking 

After purchasing the membership, we will provide the member with an individual package/booking code or other access mechanism associated with the purchased package.

Members use their unique code when booking livestream classes.

The membership is configured to allow unlimited redemptions for the eligible livestream appointment types during the active membership term.

“Unlimited” means there is no stated numerical limit on the number of eligible livestream classes a member may book during the membership term.

However, unlimited access does not guarantee availability for every class.

Classes remain subject to:

Published schedules

Class capacity

Technical availability

TYJ420 reserves the right to establish reasonable limits regarding cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or repeated bookings that prevent other members from accessing available classes.

4. Member Package Code

Your unique code is associated with your individual membership.

Do not share your unique code, member login, private member-area credentials, or other access information with another person.

Membership access is intended for the purchasing member only.

Guest access is provided separately through eligible guest passes.

TYJ420 reserves the right to deactivate access if a membership code or account is intentionally shared, resold, transferred, or misused.

5. Livestream Replays & Digital Content

Livestream replays and on-demand resources are made available through the private Stoney Yogi member area.

Digital content is provided for personal use only.

Members may not:

Copy or reproduce member-only content

Redistribute or resell videos

Share private access links

Upload member content to other websites or platforms

Record or redistribute private sessions

Use member-only educational materials for commercial purposes

Share private member-area credentials

TYJ420 owns or licenses the applicable content and reserves all rights not expressly granted to the member.

6. Changes to the Library

The Stoney Yogi Club is a living membership experience. The library may grow, change, or be reorganized during the year.

TYJ420 may add, update, replace, archive, or discontinue individual classes, videos, playlists, resources, or educational materials.

Membership does not guarantee permanent access to any specific individual piece of content.

7. Private 1:1 Sessions

Each annual membership includes two 30-minute private sessions with Stef.

Sessions:

Must be scheduled in advance.

Are subject to availability.

Are conducted through Zoom.

Must be used during the active membership term.

Do not automatically roll over into a future membership year.

Have no cash value.

Cannot be transferred to another person.

If a member needs to reschedule, reasonable advance of 24 hours notice is requested.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be considered a used session depending on the circumstances and the applicable private-session cancellation policy.

8. Guest Passes

Two guest passes are included with the membership and are intended to allow members to introduce friends to eligible TYJ420 livestream classes for free.

Guest passes:

May have expiration dates.

Are restricted to livestream classes.

Cannot be sold.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cannot be transferred for commercial purposes.

TYJ420 reserves the right to establish reasonable eligibility requirements for guest participation.

9. In-Person Events

Membership includes early access and discounts for eligible in-person gatherings.

These benefits do not guarantee admission to an event.

In-person events are subject to:

Event capacity.

Separate registration.

Event-specific pricing.

Venue requirements.

Age requirements.

Event-specific cancellation policies.

Applicable laws and regulations.

10. Cannabis Education & Conscious Ceremony Content

Certain Stoney Yogi Club content may explore the relationship between cannabis, Yoga, breathwork, meditation, ritual, mindful consumption, and personal practice. This content is provided for educational and wellness purposes.

TYJ420 does not require members to consume cannabis. 

Nothing in the membership/package is intended to encourage unlawful cannabis possession, use, distribution, cultivation, sales or transportation.

Members are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws where they are located.

Because cannabis laws vary by jurisdiction, TYJ420 does not represent that cannabis-related activities are lawful everywhere and does not encourage partaking in locations where it is not legal to do so.

11. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older.

Where required, members may be asked to verify their age and/or provide appropriate identification.

Members are responsible for complying with applicable age restrictions.

12. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Stoney Yogi Club from The Yoga Joint 420 provides Yoga instruction, movement education, wellness education, and cannabis-related educational information.

The membership does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical care. Yoga and movement practices involve physical activity and inherent risks.

Members are responsible for determining whether a particular practice is appropriate for them and should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy, or other individual health concerns.

Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate professional assistance when necessary.

13. Cannabis & Impairment

Members are responsible for making their own decisions regarding their level of cannabis consumption. 

The Yoga Joint 420 believes  that, “ less is more”, and encourages low dosages when practicing Canna Yoga for overall wellness and optimum results. 

Safety first. Do not drive, operate machinery, or engage in activities requiring full attention while impaired.

TYJ420 does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, psychological, or therapeutic outcome from cannabis, Yoga, or any combination of practices. Individual experiences vary.

14. Membership Term & Expiration

Your membership is valid for 12 months from the membership start date.

At expiration:

Livestream booking privileges end.

Private member-area access ends.

Replay and on-demand access ends.

Unused private 1:1 sessions expire.

Unused guest passes expire.

Member-only discounts and benefits end.

Membership benefits do not automatically carry forward into a future membership term.

15. No Automatic Renewal

The Stoney Yogi Club is not an automatically renewing subscription.

You pay once for the 12-month membership term.

You will not be automatically charged another $299 when the membership expires.

If you would like to continue your membership, you may purchase a new annual membership at the then-current price or special member pricing.

California's Automatic Renewal Law imposes additional requirements on services that automatically renew or continue until canceled; this membership is structured as a fixed-term, non-renewing purchase.

16. Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Stoney Yogi Club is a 12-month digital access package that provides immediate access to digital Yoga classes, livestreams, replays, educational content, resources, and other member benefits. Because access to digital content and membership benefits begins upon purchase, annual membership purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable California or federal law. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and understand that unused membership time or benefits do not create a right to a refund.

Please include:

Your full name, Email address used for purchase, Purchase date, Order or transaction number, if available and Reason for the request.

TYJ420 will review requests according to the applicable law, these Terms, and the specific purchase terms presented at checkout. Where a refund is legally required, TYJ420 will process it within the timeframe required by applicable law.

17. Class Cancellations & No-Shows

Because livestream classes have limited scheduling capacity, members are expected to cancel bookings as soon as reasonably possible when they cannot attend.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in reasonable booking restrictions.

Any such restrictions will not eliminate the member's underlying annual membership but may affect the ability to reserve specific classes.

18. Technical Issues

TYJ420 is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

Internet outages

Zoom outages

Third-party platform failures

Device compatibility issues

Member internet connectivity

Power outages

Circumstances outside TYJ420's reasonable control

If a paid or included livestream cannot be provided because of a TYJ420 technical issue, TYJ420 may provide a replay, replacement class, rescheduled class, or other reasonable remedy.

19. Community Guidelines

Members participating in the private Stoney Yogi community agree to interact respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, bullying, hate speech, sexual harassment, racism, homophobia, xenophobia, unauthorized promotion, spam, or conduct that creates an unsafe environment may result in immediate removal from the community and/or termination of membership access.

20. Intellectual Property

All The Yoga Joint 420 content, branding, videos, written materials, educational resources, graphics, logos, recordings, and original teachings are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Membership provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the content for personal wellness and educational purposes during the active membership term. It does not transfer ownership of any content to the member.

21. No Guarantee of Results

Yoga, meditation, breathwork, cannabis education, and wellness practices can support individual exploration and wellbeing, but results vary.

TYJ420 does not guarantee specific physical, emotional, psychological, medical, or therapeutic results.

Testimonials and personal experiences represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar results.

22. Privacy

TYJ420 will handle personal information according to its applicable Privacy Policy.

Members should avoid posting sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identifying information in community spaces. Private 1:1 sessions are intended to be private, but Zoom and other third-party technology platforms have their own privacy practices and terms. Members are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of third-party platforms used to access the Club.

23. Changes to Membership Terms

TYJ420 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the membership, applicable law, technology, or business practices. Material changes affecting an active member's rights will be communicated in a reasonable manner.

The Terms in effect at the time of purchase will govern the applicable purchase, except where changes are required by law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the information presented at checkout, applicable waivers, the Privacy Policy, and any other agreements specifically incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your Stoney Yogi Club package.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a non-waivable requirement of applicable law, the applicable law controls.

27. Member Acknowledgment

By purchasing the Stoney Yogi Club, you acknowledge that you understand:

This is a 12-month annual membership.

The membership is paid once upfront.

The membership does not automatically renew.

Eligible livestream classes are available on an unlimited basis, subject to scheduling and availability.

Livestream replays and on-demand content are available through the private member area during the active membership term.

You receive two private 30-minute 1:1 sessions with Stef during your membership year.

Private sessions are scheduled in advance and conducted through Zoom.

Guest passes and member discounts are subject to their applicable terms.

Cannabis consumption is not required to participate.

Cannabis-related content is educational and does not constitute medical or legal advice.

You are responsible for complying with applicable cannabis laws where you are located.

Your membership and access credentials are personal and may not be shared.

Your membership expires after 12 months unless you voluntarily purchase a new membership.

Your purchase may be subject to applicable California consumer-protection and cancellation law.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions and agree to them.
